Sparta & Co was founded in 2017 by Taner Özarslan. Taner Özarslan has held senior management positions in many companies in his professional business life, which he started in 1991. After graduating from Kadıköy Anatolian High School and Marmara University Department of Economics, Özarslan worked as an investment specialist at Akdeniz Securities for 3 years, as investment fund manager, corporate finance and research manager, and stocks service manager at Pamuk Investment for 10 years. Özarslan, who continued to work as the Assistant General Manager and was responsible for sales and marketing at Tekstil Yatırım (ICBC) for 5 years. Then he was appointed as the Assistant General Manager of Gedik Investment in 2012.  Being one of the founders of Gedik Private brand, which was among Turkey's first investment companies, Özarslan also assumed the position of the first Deputy General Manager of this brand. Özarslan, who became the founding partner of Sparta&Co Corporate Finance and Strategy company in May 2017, assisted in the training of new traders in financial markets with Sparta Academy, in addition to mediation in mergers and acquisitions, consultancy to companies before public offering, strategy development and balance sheet management services compatible with macroeconomic data.

 

In his 32 years of professional business life, he has given many seminars and trainings and analyzes finance and macroeconomics on TV. Continuing to contribute to the finance and capital markets with the company he founded for the last 6 years, Özarslan has helped companies create their strategies that will turn the fluctuations in the financial markets into opportunities and to find alternative financing models. Sparta&Co's experienced corporate financers work on company sales, finding strategic and financial partners for companies, and preparing Company Valuation Reports.
